OVERVIEW:
If you would like to experience the wonder of nature in Iceland this is the tour for you. Join us for an unforgettable evening adventure. The aurora borealis, otherwise known as the Northern Lights, is one of the finest and magnificent sights in nature. Iceland happens to be in the middle of the auroral zone where the phenomenon is most frequently and best seen. In fact, some aurora can be seen on almost every clear night in Iceland when the sky is dark enough, but its intensity is extremely variable. A brilliant display can be observed even from a brightly lit street. However, to fully appreciate the splendour and exquisite colours of the aurora, one should try to get as far as possible from man-made illumination. That is the reason why we take you to a place where there is no light pollution, away from the city, so that you could experience the stunning dancing aurora to the fullest.
Tourists are picked up from their hotel and be driven to the countryside where there is no light pollution. Since the aurora is most frequently seen shortly before midnight, we will end the trip around midnight and tourists will be driven back to their hotel. Come to experience the spectacular northern lights with us.
The tour will be on only when weather conditions are favorable, e.g. clear sky, high aurora activity etc.
We are one of the experts in northern lights.

Please note: Since the northern lights are in the hands of Mother Nature, we cannot guarantee 100% sightings of the unpredictable northern lights, though stunning as they are. You are thereby advised to book this tour not on the last night of your stay in Iceland but the first night. Because the northern lights are a natural phenomenon, we cannot guarantee sighting of the lights. Unlike other big companies which have a regularly-run tour going on all the time, we operate this tour only for a certain group. Hence if there is no sighting of the lights in the tour, it is not our policy to offer the same group for a free tour.
